ArtBridge

Cultivating Awe, Wonder, and Curiosity

At ArtBridge, our mission is crystal clear: to create innovative and interactive projects and platforms that support, foster, and encourage essential and life-enhancing engagement with the arts, not just in New Mexico but far beyond its borders.

Through advances in cognitive neuroscience and neuro-aesthetics, it is now understood that the arts are far more important than mere entertainment. They are essential to our health and have the power to transform our lives. The arts are not only key to our ability to use executive function but are integral to our ability to flourish and thrive. Studies show that people who participate in arts activities more than once each week or who attend cultural events at least once a year have measurably higher life satisfaction than those who do not,  regardless of socioeconomic level.*

ArtBridge, a 501(c)(3), has been established to build on three previously mounted projects envisioned and initiated by Nathalie (Lili) Pierrepont to engage audiences with the arts in the Santa Fe community and beyond. Urban Art Tripping LLC, an art-travel business, was established in 2016 to empower women on their personal journeys through immersive art experiences. The Santa Fe Arts Club, established during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, was created as a means of keeping the arts community connected during the quarantine. Going forward, SFAC (now under the umbrella of ArtBridge) will grow its virtual presence on social media platforms and advance its mission by sponsoring art events for the Santa Fe community. ArtStorming Podcast, currently in its first season, is designed to expand on both of these initiatives and bring the arts to a larger audience. The podcast series enables listeners to connect with creatives from diverse disciplines and gain insight into the creative process, highlighting the issues and challenges that face the most imaginative among us. It offers listeners insight into and ideas for tapping into their innate creativity to problem-solve and live life more fully. All of these projects support the core mission of ArtBridge.
